Noir Preneurship is a private training, networking, and empowerment community dedicated to supporting the whole Black entrepreneur and business professional. We recognize that entrepreneurship is more than building a business—it is navigating wellness, purpose, family, finances, community, and personal growth while often overcoming barriers rooted in systemic inequities.
At Noir Preneurship, we believe sustainable success happens when entrepreneurs are supported physically, emotionally, spiritually, and economically. Through intentional connection, education, healing, and collaboration, we create spaces where Black entrepreneurs and professionals can thrive authentically without code-switching or minimizing who they are.

Our mission is to grow, connect, and empower Black entrepreneurs and business professionals by supporting the whole person behind the business. We are committed to strengthening economic opportunities, fostering meaningful relationships, promoting wellness, and building pathways to generational wealth within the Black community.
What We Do
Networking & Connection
Monthly Networking and Training Meetings
Our monthly gatherings bring together Black entrepreneurs and business professionals to build authentic relationships, exchange resources, collaborate, and grow together.
Community Events
Through our Pull Up & Show Up gatherings and quarterly speed networking events, members have opportunities to connect, support Black-owned businesses, and expand their professional networks in welcoming community-centered spaces.
Empowerment & Growth
Educational Workshops
We provide practical training and workshops on entrepreneurship, financial wellness, marketing, branding, leadership, technology, AI, and generational wealth-building.
Subject Matter Experts
We bring in Black entrepreneurs, professionals, and industry experts to share knowledge, resources, and opportunities that are often difficult to access through traditional networks.

We understand that burnout, stress, isolation, and life challenges impact business success. That is why wellness is not an afterthought—it is part of our foundation.

Our Leadership
Noir Preneurship was founded by Bonita Lee and Frederick "Mikkos" Gurley, two community-centered entrepreneurs who understand firsthand the challenges and opportunities Black business owners face. Alongside an advisory board and community partners, they remain committed to creating spaces where Black entrepreneurs and professionals can be seen, supported, connected, and empowered.
